Q.Can I check-in my bags in the morning if I depart in the afternoon?
A.No, since a few years this is not possible anymore due to security regulations. Check-in for holiday charters starts two hours before the scheduled departure time. The starting time for checking-in for scheduled flights varies per airline: VLM; 1 hour before standard departure time, BMI; 1,5 hours before standard departure time. -

Q.Where can I pick up my ticket?
A.If your travel agent informs you that your ticket will be ready upon departure at the airport, you can get it at the check-in counter of your flight. This means you are welcome to join the check-in queue for your flight when you arrive at the airport. -

A.This is possible if you have a medical reason for it. Please inform your travel agent or tour operator if you need special assistance or have certain preferences due to medical reasons. -

Q.Is it allowed to bring medicine in my hand luggage?
A.Yes, we advise to bring medicine in your hand luggage, not in your hold luggage. If you bring medicine or diet supplements with you, you have to present this separately at the security-check. However, it is mandatory that you have a medical statement with you which states the type of medicine you bring. It is possible that Customs-or security personnel asks questions about the medicine, therefore it is wise to bring an English version of the medical statement. You do not have to report your medicine to the airline in advance. -
